Brightree Professional Services Resupply Senior Manager will lead a highly motivated and thriving team of Resupply professional services implementation Consultants, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator focused on client success, employee engagement, organizational collaboration, and financial objectives. This role requires a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, strong professional verbal and written communication skills, and analysis abilities.
The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director of Professional Services.
Let's talk about Responsibilities:
Establish and drive the overall vision and strategic plan for Professional Services teams.
Work closely with the Senior Director and Sales to set the strategy for supporting and implementing Brightree customers
Accomplish challenging financial, customer and project success objectives
Ensure successful delivery and execution of all customer interactions within Professional Services
Build collaborative relationships with other Brightree teams, specifically Product Management, Development, Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support
Enhance company reputation, credibility, and visibility around the fulfillment of robust client implementations involving the consulting and delivery of products and services
Develop the Brightree consulting business through the implementation of programs to maximize customer satisfaction, product usage, and company’s revenues.
Directs the development and monitoring of Professional Services OKRs, performance standards, and priorities
Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team is aligned with implementation best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process
Define enhancements to streamline future implementations
Oversee implementations and assist project manager as needed to address escalations, project roadblocks, and/or concerns
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring customer expectations are met.
Lead efforts to continuously improve the implementation process
Create implementation business review details and present to senior leaders
Support monthly readouts of implementation process
Let's Talk about Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex software implementations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, and tools (ex. MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
Familiar with cloud-based applications, SaaS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software implementation, with at least 5 years in leadership and/or managerial role.
Minimum of 5 years managing or leading implementation teams.
Lean Six Sigma Certification. Preferred
Salesforce.com experience.
Smartsheet knowledge and experience.
Professional Service management experience.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment.
Exceptional consultative and communication skills with a keen attention to detail while handling multiple priorities

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $146,000 - $182,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
