We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Land Project Surveyor to join our team in Parma Heights, OH. Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology to gather accurate data.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey records, maps, and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Review and analyze survey data to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding land surveying.
• Mentor and train junior survey staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in using surveying software and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
