In this role, you will play a crucial part in the anodizing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare and rack parts for anodizing, ensuring proper placement and security.
• Monitor the anodizing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of anodizing equipment.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of anodizing processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
