Starting pay rate is from $18.58/hour, with pay increases given at 3, 6, and 12 months and then annually thereafter!
Day Shift Hours: M-F 6am - 2:30pm (can go as late as 4:30pm), occasional Saturdays
Weekly paychecks!
No experience necessary – we will train!

Our plant is located at 625 Hoffman Rd Independence, OR 97351.

Production Workers will be expected to be active members of the department including participating in safety programs, attending daily meetings with the leads, taking direction from supervisors & leads, and being flexible to move within the department and plant as required by production demands. Participation is required with company programs including those that support safety, quality, and production standards.

Job Requirements:

Prior woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Attention to detail is critical.
Excellent team skills are essential.
Ability to read and understand production paperwork and communicate with various departments and personnel to ensure all necessary workflow documentation and paperwork is completed.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Must be 18 years of age or older by date of hire.
Stretching is required at the beginning of the shift and after each break to keep you safe, because we care about your well-being!

Physical Requirements:

MEDIUM - Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to walk, stretch, bend, squat, push, pull, twist, and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to evacuate independently when the alarm sounds.
NOISE - Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds.
EQUIPMENT USED – Includes air-powered tools (sanders, drills, nail & staple guns) and other power tools (portable sanders, saws, drills, etc.). Must be able to wear required PPE specific to the job assignment requirements, such as gloves, steel toed shoes, hearing protection, and eye protection.

Standard 1st Shift Hours at our Facility:

1st shift hours are typically 6:00am-2:30pm but can go as late as 4:30PM, occasional Saturdays
