## Responsibilities
Prepare and mix concrete materials according to specifications.
Apply concrete patches to surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
Inspect and assess concrete surfaces for damage or wear.
Operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist in the maintenance of equipment and tools.
Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in concrete patching or related field is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
Valid driver’s license is a plus.
