Position Summary

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Factory Mixer to join their manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for mixing and preparing batches of their signature putty products, accurately following formulas, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix raw materials according to established formulas and procedures.
• Operate mixing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and appearance throughout the production process.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with packaging, material handling, and other production tasks as needed.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, mixing, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
