Job Description

We are hiring Food Production Associates to support production in a food manufacturing facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable candidates who are comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

Employees in this role will help with general production, packing, sorting, moving product, quality checks, sanitation support, and other line duties as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse, production, food manufacturing, machine operating, packing, or general labor experience who is looking for steady work and the chance to grow into a long-term position.

Employees must be comfortable working around spicy/hot products.

Responsibilities

• Work on a production line in a food manufacturing environment
• Assist with sorting, packing, labeling, moving, and handling product as needed
• Follow production instructions and maintain pace with the line
• Inspect product for quality and report any issues to leads or supervisors
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Wear required PPE while working around food products and production equipment
• Assist with line changeovers, cleanup, and general production support as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, food processing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to lift, move, and handle product as required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow directions, safety rules, and food manufacturing procedures
• Willingness to work as part of a team and help wherever needed

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with hands-on production work. They should be able to stay on their feet throughout the shift, keep up with a steady production line, follow food safety procedures, and maintain good attendance. Prior food manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and reliability are most important.
