**Job Overview

Saint-Gobain is seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Hoosick Falls, NY. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Candidates will receive training and have opportunities to develop valuable manufacturing skills.

**Key Responsibilities

**

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.

• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality standards.

• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.

• Maintain a clean and organized 5S workplace.

• Read and interpret basic drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.

• Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure product specifications are met.

• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced production environment.

• Be flexible to work varying hours, overtime, and schedule changes based on business needs.

**Qualifications

**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a manufacturing setting.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 25–50 lbs.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

• Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements.

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and drawings.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
