Job Description: Production employees rotate throughout their specific department and do a variety of jobs each day. Listed below are the functions that will be required to be performed |
Responsibilities: - Run dumper in tray line workstation
- Load trays on to tray line belt
- Smooth fruit on trays
- Stack full trays of fruit
- Push carts of full and empty trays
- Scrape dried fruit in to wash line augers
- Fill trays from wash lines
- Un-stack and re-stack empty trays
- Suck syrup out of totes with hose
- Shoot syrup back in to totes with hose
- Wipe out totes with a sanitary towel
- Dump fruit into totes
- Stir totes of fruit
- Fill barrels and totes with extra juice from concentrator
- Fill tanks with juice for that days turns
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Clean production area when directed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Working Conditions: Production environment. This position also requires the ability to stand, kneel, walk, bend over, and reach as necessary when dealing with totes and tote tags. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work and overtime as needed. Loud noise environment. Work near Mechanical Parts: Hydraulic forks and wheels that move all the time. Extreme Heat: We use up 200°F juice to process fruit and dryers to dehydrate our fruit. Wet and slippery floors from water and juice spills. |
