Job Description

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring four Production Utility Workers for a manufacturing facility in Turners Falls, MA. Two openings are available on 1st shift and two on 3rd shift.

This position supports machine operators and assists with daily production and warehouse work. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with production tasks
• Box and package finished products
• Pick and move materials
• Perform general production and warehouse work
• Operate production equipment when required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

• 3rd shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

• Every other weekend off

• Employees remain on either 1st or 3rd shift

• Additional shift differential for 3rd shift

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
