Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing production staff.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and assess the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Maintain training materials and documentation to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages employee participation.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a training role, within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
• 3 plus years of manufacturing experience
• Good communication skills
• (Preferred) Yellow or Green Belt in Six Sigma
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored training programs.
