The Job:

The Production Team Member will assist in all aspects of manufacturing our pre-cast wall panels. They interpret blueprints as a guide to measure, mark, and build structural components. The team finishes wall panels onsite then ships finished product to customer site for installation. The Production Team Member relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Entry-level rate starting at $20.00/hour

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

Must be over 18 to apply.
2-3 years of construction experience preferred.
Have a team-centered attitude.
Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus.
Tape measure and Blueprint reading experience highly preferred.
Attitude is more important than experience!
