We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our dynamic team in Jackson Center, OH. As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion & blow molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly

• Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.

• Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accomodation

• Ability to work a 12-hour 3-2-2-3 schedule
