Job Overview:

Production Technician (Cable Assembly)

Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary (2-WEEK ASSIGNMENT)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift

Location: Hudson, WI

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable Production Technicians to join a fast-growing manufacturing team specializing in cable assembly. This is a hands-on production role where you'll assemble high-quality cable products while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

No prior cable assembly experience is required—we provide training. We're looking for dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and pride in producing quality work.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, automotive, CNC, HVAC, electrical work, assembly, or other hands-on trades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble cable products at various production stations
  • Follow work instructions, assembly procedures, and quality standards
  • Inspect completed work to ensure products meet quality requirements
  • Perform repetitive hand assembly with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  • Learn multiple production stations and assist where needed
  • Meet daily production and quality expectations
  • Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve manufacturing goals

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Experience using hand tools or working with mechanical or electrical components is a plus
  • Background in automotive, HVAC, CNC machining, electrical work, maintenance, or similar trades is highly valued
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures
  • Comfortable performing repetitive hand assembly throughout the shift

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
