Job Description
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Detector Packaging Manager, provide assembly support to Detector Packaging Operations. A progressively increasing level of proficiency is required in the technical skills listed. Work environment is clean room / lab.
This position will be a 2nd Shift position with hours from 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This position will train for the first 8-12 weeks on the 1st Shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Aqueous ultrasonic cleaning operations
Laser marking
Getter welding
Adhesive die bonding
Wirebonding and pull testing
Alignment measurement
Vacuum packaging
Multipart test and calibration
Stereo zoom microscope
Documentation for travelers and WIP tracking
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma, or GED
Typically requires 2-4 years’ technical and/or related experience
Must have an attention to detail
Must have cleanroom protocol knowledge
Must have experience handling ESD sensitive hardware
Must have basic computer skills
Must be able to communicate clearly and be able to read and write using the English language
Ability to work with hands and have good manual dexterity
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear protective clothing (shoe covers, hair covers, coveralls, facial masks, gloves) for extended periods of time
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift 25 lbs., unassisted

Salary Range:
$34,300.00-$45,700.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
