Production / Mixing Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Production / Mixing Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves operating processing and packaging equipment, accurately following batch instructions and SOPs, and maintaining product quality and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, motivated to learn, and dependable, as this position may involve working independently at the facility.

⚠️ Important: This position requires wearing a respirator in mixing areas. A clean‑shaven face is required to ensure proper respirator fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow batch instructions, formulas, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with accuracy
• Match ingredients, read measurements, and work confidently with numbers
• Monitor product quality and report any deviations or issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory control and material handling
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Work independently and responsibly when left alone at the facility

Requirements

• Ability to wear a respirator in designated areas (clean‑shaven required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Motivated and willing to learn new processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or production environments
• Experience in similar facilities such as Vigon, Biospectra, Sanofi, Royal Chemical, or related companies is a plus

Physical & Work Environment

• Manufacturing and mixing environment
• Standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks required
• Use of PPE including respirators
