Production Technician

PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Technician to join a team at a brand-new, manufacturing facility in Bend, Oregon. In this role you will handle the assembly and testing of cutting-edge fuel cell modules.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an innovative engineering team, supporting system troubleshooting, process improvements, and maintaining high-quality production standards.

• Location: Bend, Oregon

• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electromechanical assemblies for advanced fuel cell systems.

• Safely operate material handling equipment, including assembly carts, and pallet jacks.

• Precisely follow electronic and written work instructions.

• Assist with parts inspection using specialized inspection equipment.

• Maintain tool calibration and perform routine maintenance on production equipment.

• Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Interface with document control and ERP systems.

• Collect production data, organize files, and maintain accurate production records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• High school diploma required.

• Proficient mechanical skills, computer literacy, and strong mathematical literacy.

• Experience interfacing with ERP and data collection systems.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent oral communication, and a highly collaborative team mindset.
