Description
We're looking for a hands-on Production Team Supervisor to lead our production floor and ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard. This role oversees daily operations, supports the team, and helps maintain a smooth, efficient manufacturing process.
Responsibilities not limited to:
- Schedule jobs, manage workflows, and ensure timely shipments.
- Support production tasks and monitor progress toward deadlines.
- Train and mentor production staff; conduct performance reviews.
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, capacity, and process improvements.
- Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or high school diploma; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- 4–6 years in manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
- Forklift experience/certification required.
- Flexible schedule; industrial sewing experience a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management.
- Effective communicator across all levels.
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive mindset.
