Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Job Summary:

Production team members are responsible for setting up and running machines and assembly cells to produce parts, utilizing standard work, collaborating on problem solving and improvements so that we can strengthen our production systems. **This position may include: **

• Operation and changeover of our machines and work cells
• Area maintenance
• Parts assembly
• Shipping product to our customers
• Engagement with process improvement efforts
• Solving problems with a team

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities):

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and/or warehouse operations
• Experience driving forklifts safely (preferred not mandatory)
• Experience in a lean manufacturing or other lean environment (preferred not mandatory)

To the right candidate we offer:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• 40 hours per week during seasonal or temporary periods of 8-12 weeks, standard shift (7-3:30 pm)
• Possibility for internship experience
• Possibility for future seasonal work

**Requirements: **

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proof of full COVID vaccination or waiver*
• General mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work standing for 8 hours daily
• Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written
• Team player
• Open-minded thinking and ability to be coached to follow our standards, systems and standard work. This includes following our safety standards and protocols.
• Dependable and reliable to work our scheduled hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm at our facility in Geneva, IL
