Now Hiring: Production Team Lead
Location: Life Line Emergency Vehicles | Full-Time

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for efficiency and quality? Life Line Emergency Vehicles is seeking a Production Team Lead to drive daily operations on our production floor. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a hardworking team to meet production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for production team members

• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met across shifts

• Facilitate daily team huddles and set clear performance expectations

• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, 5S, or Kaizen principles

• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to support team development

• Monitor key production metrics and recommend actionable improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, engineering) to solve production challenges

• Track materials and report shortages

• Maintain accurate shift reports and production documentation

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree a plus

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safety, and quality standards

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies strongly preferred

• A proactive leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks as needed

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Occasional overtime may be required
