Production Team Lead

A local manufacturing company is seeking a **Production Team Lead **for their Belleville location.

What you’ll be doing as a Production Team Lead

• Lead and support second-shift production operations (Approximately 3 main people on 2nd shift and 1st and 3rd shift over timers)
• Oversee the top three priority production lines based on the daily priority sheet.
• Direct production staff and address operational, quality, and safety concerns.
• Oversee the second-shift maintenance technician and communicate production or maintenance issues to management.
• Learn and operate production lines to provide break and lunch coverage as needed.
• Support, train, and coach team members on daily production processes.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Production Team Lead

• 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Ability to operate and understand production lines and equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent

Additional information for the Production Team Lead

• $19/Hour
• Monday-Friday, 4pm – 12am, Overtime when mandatory
