Production Supervisor (Aerospace)

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians to safely and efficiently build aerospace hardware. This role ensures daily production goals are met, quality standards are followed, and work is completed according to schedule and process requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day‑to‑day production activities to meet output, schedule, and quality targets.
• Supervise technicians, assign work, and ensure proper training and support.
• Ensure all work follows aerospace standards, documentation, and inspection requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to support continuous flow.
• Address production issues quickly and support root‑cause investigations.
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and daily priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or high‑reliability production.
• Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or aerospace assemblies.
