Are You the Kind of Leader Who Leads from the Front?
FlexScreen/RiteScreen is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a value stream at our Fargo, ND operation. This is not a desk job. You'll spend the majority of your day on the production floor — coaching the team, running the numbers, and driving real results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
If you're a strong manufacturing leader who knows Lean from the ground up, thrives in a fast-paced build-to-order environment, and wants to own the performance of your area and the people in it, we want to talk to you.
