Job Overview:

Summit Anaheim currently has an open position for Production Supervisor (swing shift). Summit Interconnect is a manufacturer of advanced technology printed circuit boards with a specific focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex product with unique expertise in RF/Microwave applications.


Position Summary: The Production Supervisor responsibility is to make sure that work list is being followed in all departments. To provide a work list to the Supervisors of the different departments. To make sure that workflow is steady at all times.  To set-up outside services whenever necessary, and make sure they’re on schedule. 

 

Qualifications:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of three (3) years’ in the printed circuit board industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

 

Required Skills:

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Makes sure that all different departments, are working on the right jobs, accordingly to due dates.
  2. Oversees proper work movement thru the floor.
  3. Performs other company-related tasks at the direction of the Production Manager.

 

Education/Experience:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum three (3) year PCB industry experience.
  3. Basic mathematical and reasoning ability required.

 

Physical Demands:

  1. This position requires the individual to perform the entire shift while standing.
  2. Ability for fast thinking.
  3. Must have common sense to be able to make quick and precise decisions.
  4. Must have very good concentration and be able to remain focused with minor interruptions.
