Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance team performance.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance and supply chain, to optimize production flow.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of raw materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with skin care products and industry trends is a plus.
