Oversees the daily production activities of a plant or
department. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position.
 Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
 Suggests changes in conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
 Recommends and implements new procedures.
 Confers with other supervisors/management to coordinate activities of department
 Ensure department and workplace safety by adhering to all federal, state, local, and Acme Brick Company policies and
procedures.
 Analyze and resolve work problems or assist associates in solving work related problems.
Skills and Experience Required for Success
 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing
 Develop a team environment that values diversity and uses various individual’s strengths to the benefit of the team.
 Proficient using MS Office.

Education
 High school diploma required; some college is preferred. One to two years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience


$65,000+ DOE

This position will train on days for the first 4-6 months and then go to nights.
