Iron Bull Distillery is blazing a new trail in the spirits industry — and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Production Supervisor to lead our evening bottling operations. What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and support bottling line teams to meet daily production goals while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Maintenance team to identify and implement process and equipment improvements.

• Track production metrics including efficiency, quality, and cost; proactively adjust plans to drive optimal results.

• Uphold and enforce all safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA, EPA, and TTB compliance.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all aspects of operations.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams

• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting across all organizational levels

• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Clear, professional oral and written communication

Preferred:

• Lean Six Sigma certification or related process improvement experience

• Background in the food & beverage or spirits industry
