Overview
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Night Shift at our facility located in Mooresville, NC, 28115. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to lead a team effectively during the night shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the night shift
- Ensure production goals are met in a timely manner
- Train and develop team members to improve performance and efficiency
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety regulations
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with other supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations
