First Shift, 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday thru Friday
-Overview
We are seeking a CNC Milling Supervisor to lead machine shop operations and oversee operators producing precision machined components. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, supervising staff, troubleshooting equipment, and driving continuous improvement to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
-Responsibilities
Supervise CNC operators and coordinate daily production activities
Execute production schedules and allocate resources for high-volume machining
Monitor setups, machine performance, and production status
Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve production bottlenecks
Perform CNC setups, programming edits, and machine operation as needed
Read blueprints and verify parts meet tolerance requirements
Use gauges and measuring instruments for quality inspections
Reduce setup time and improve machining processes
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO procedures
Provide training, feedback, and performance guidance to operators
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient machine shop environment
-Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of CNC machining experience
3+ years of CNC setup experience (Mill/Turn or CNC Mill equipment)
Supervisory experience training and managing employees
Ability to read blueprints and perform first-piece inspections
Experience editing G-code and performing tool offsets
Familiarity with FANUC, HAAS, or Mazak controls
Strong troubleshooting, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Background implementing process improvements and reducing setup time
Knowledge of ISO quality standards and manufacturing best practices
