We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor (Injection) to join our dynamic team in New Albany, IN. In this role, you will oversee the injection molding production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Manage a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in injection molding.
Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production goals.
