Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in injection molding.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production goals.
