🚨 Production Supervisor | Chicago, IL | Permanent Opportunity

We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations for a leading FMCG/Food Manufacturing organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead production teams of 15+ employees across safety, quality, productivity & delivery

• Drive Lean/Continuous Improvement, TPM, RCA & breakdown reduction initiatives

• Oversee LOTO, BOS, Safety Mapping and other safety programs

• Support maintenance, shutdown activities & equipment reliability

• Coordinate staffing and production resources

• Support new product introductions and process improvements

• Work effectively in a union manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 3–5 years manufacturing/production experience

• 1–2 years supervisory/team leadership experience

• FMCG or Packaging manufacturing experience

• Knowledge of LOTO, GMP, RCA, TPM, SAP/ERP & quality systems

• Strong leadership, communication & employee relations skills
