Join our energetic team as a Production Supervisor at our bustling Norwood, MA facility. Dive into an exciting role where you'll oversee production, ensure quality, and foster a safe and efficient work environment! Shift hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and most Saturdays.

Primary Assignments:

• Develop and execute precise production schedules, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
• Organize workload effectively, delegating tasks to ensure adherence to schedule and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production processes rigorously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality finished products.
• Prioritize safety on the production floor, promptly addressing and rectifying any unsafe behaviors or conditions.
• Train and mentor employees, instilling a comprehensive understanding of job duties and safety protocols for personal and collective well-being.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to fifty pounds comfortably.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and USDA guidelines.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Previous supervisory experience required, with a focus on fostering a positive and safe work culture.
