As the Production Supervisor - Construction, you'll be responsible in planning and reviewing all construction related projects. In addition, this role will distribute work and monitor/maintain quality control while overseeing the Construction personnel (carpenters, helpers, etc) within our Pittsburgh area shop. Production Supervisor - Construction Responsibilities

• Supervise construction (union) shop production employees
• Review quality of information on all construction work orders
• Plan daily work schedules
• Daily approval of time cards and material requests
• Support construction workers by providing needed information, materials and equipment
• Investigate and complete accident reports
• Equipment maintenance including daily, weekly, and monthly required safety checks
• Shop cleanliness and organization
• Building security (opening / closing)
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

 Production Supervisor - Construction Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate degree and / or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Must have 3 to 5+ years previous supervisory experience in a construction / carpentry related position
• Must be organized and strong attention to detail
• Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
