Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Production Supervisor - Bilingual to join our team in Oak Creek, WI. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential in fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring that all team members are aligned with our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of production staff, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits.
• Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Facilitate effective communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members to ensure clarity in instructions and feedback.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance and maintenance, to resolve production issues.
• Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
