Overview

We are seeking a talented Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift at our facility located in Jonesboro, AR, 72401. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles, ISO 9001 Certification, high-level operations analysis, budgeting/forecasting, recruiting and training, labor management systems knowledge, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Utilize ISO 9001 Certification experience to maintain quality standards
• Conduct high-level operations analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial goals are met
• Recruit and train production staff to maintain a skilled workforce
• Utilize labor management systems knowledge to optimize staffing levels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production performance

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Previous ISO 9001 Certification experience
• High-level operations analysis skills
• Budgeting/forecasting experience
• Recruiting and training experience
• Knowledge of labor management systems
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement
