Job Description

• 5 years of production supervision experience
• Experience leading employees in a manufacturing environment
• Union workforce experience strongly preferred
• Flexible to work 1st Shift, rotate to 2nd and 3rd Shift weekly
• Metal Stamping and forming experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of production, quality, and workplace safety
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with MRP/production systems, CMMS, Excel, and Word
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
