POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: 

We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure team productivity, and drive quality standards across the production floor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys developing people, and can balance production goals with safety and compliance. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets
• Supervise and coach hourly production employees; provide real-time feedback and support
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to avoid delays
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain accurate shift documentation, performance metrics, and incident reports
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Other Requirements 

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing practices, lean principles, and safety protocols
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Required Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Work Environment 

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses tools and other such equipment during the job duties. Provided Personal Protective Equipment, as well as steel-toed boots or shoes, must be worn at all times. 

Physical Demands 

• Manufacturing floor exposure with moderate to high noise levels
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and manual dexterity required
• Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work 

This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
