Responsibilities- Supervises an effective team through planning and conducting meetings, performance appraisals, staffing oversight, and career development initiatives.

Trains and mentors new supervisors to build leadership capability.

Maintains compliance with collective bargaining agreements; acts as liaison between management and union officials; addresses and resolves grievances.
Ensures adherence to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
Schedules production and assigns work teams based on operational needs.
Reviews production and operating reports, identifies inefficiencies, and resolves issues to prevent delays and minimize costs.
Promotes a culture of EHS awareness, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Implements and sustains ABS principles and 6S initiatives.
Coordinates with other departments to manage product flow and maintain inventory accuracy.
Fosters awareness of company policies and initiatives among all team members; acts as a resource for information and clarification.
Responds to emergencies, troubleshoots production issues, and recommends corrective actions.
Prepares and analyzes operational documentation and production reports.
Reviews and improves work procedures for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Develops and implements new methods to improve operations, reduce costs, and maximize labor and material utilization.
Collaborates with management, engineering, and quality teams to address maintenance and production challenges and identify process improvements.
Conducts safety and 6S audits to ensure compliance and readiness.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment
Experience with TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, and Kaizen concepts
Strong communication and team-building skills across all organizational levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment
Energetic self-starter capable of promoting and implementing change initiatives
Proficient in PC applications and documentation management
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people skills
Ability to foster a continuous improvement culture
