Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to optimize workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resources.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Address and resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with production processes and quality control standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
