Bridor USA is expanding fast, and we’re looking for hands-on leaders with industrial food or bakery manufacturing experience to join our team! The Role:

• Lead and inspire 15+ hourly associates in production, QC, and packaging

• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every shift

• Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve operational excellence

• Drive process improvements, performance metrics, and labor planning

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts (8 PM – 8 AM) – start on day shift for training

• Rotating schedule: 3 nights on / 4 nights off

• Flexibility is essential—leaders must be able to adapt as the business grows

What You Bring:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial food, bakery, or pastry production is strongly preferred

• 3+ years of people-leadership experience

• 5+ years in a production or operations environment

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

• Excitement for flexible schedules and rotating shifts
