Job Title: Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

Location: Texarkana, TX

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $20–$25/hour (DOE)

Position Overview

A growing pharmaceutical company in Texarkana, TX is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations. This role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving team performance to meet production and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production staff during night shift operations (4 PM – 3 AM, Monday–Thursday)
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations
• Meet production schedules and maintain consistent output levels
• Monitor quality standards and ensure accurate batch documentation
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
• Train, coach, and develop team members for high performance and compliance
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and shift documentation
• Address employee concerns, manage attendance, and resolve issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and reporting system experience
