Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our facility in Temple, TX, 76504. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing Principles and possess excellent leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing Principles to optimize efficiency
• Lead and motivate a team of production workers to meet production goals
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and resolve issues
• Monitor and report on production metrics

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions

• Previous experience in a production supervisor role is a plus
