Production Supervisor

Location: Coilmaster, Tampa, FL

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of production technicians, overseeing operations to ensure high-quality production. You’ll play a key role in promoting safety, maintaining standards, and optimizing processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of production technicians, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
• Training, coaching, and directing technicians while maintaining production standards and quality.
• Documenting safety incidents and maintaining accurate time and production records.
• Leading efforts in maintaining 5S principles and Lean Daily Management on the shop floor.
• Collaborating with management and HR to address and resolve performance issues.
• Reviewing production schedules, managing workloads, and driving process improvements.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 5 years supervising in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metals or HVAC.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to integrity and organizational values.
