3rd Shift

**Job Summary:

**

My client has been in business since the 1930s and is a global leader in building material products. This role is focused on leading a team of 13 direct reports in order to become successful in producing material without comprising quality for our customers. You will be responsible for coaching, training and supporting the team. Prior experience in leadership and production would help you become successful in this position.

• M-F, Direct Hire

• Shifts Available: Night

• Hours: 11:00pm – 7:20am

• Location: Swedesboro, NJ

• Salary: $65-$72k

• Shift differential bonus of $5,000

• Eligible for individual and company performance bonus

You should be proficient in:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Supervisory Experience
• Production Optimization
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Microsoft Excel
