**POSITION/TITLE: Production Supervisor
**
**REPORTS TO: Production Manager
**
**POSITION SUMMARY:
**
Join a growing high-precision micro-component manufacturer as a Production Supervisor! We’re seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily production operations and drive efficiency, quality, and safety on the shop floor.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**
Lead and support Process Operators to maintain adherence to the production schedule.
Work closely with Production Management, Engineering, and Quality to drive production efficiency.
Support continuous improvement efforts.
Conduct shift meetings and ensure clear communication and smooth handoffs between shifts.
Assist with onboarding and cross-training of production staff in collaboration with Engineers, Engineering Technicians, and Trainers.
Maintain accurate logs for production, scrap, and downtime.

**QUALIFICATIONS
**
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in management preferred.
Minimum 3 years in a production lead or supervisory role.
Experience with MRP systems; Unipoint and JobBOSS preferred.
Working knowledge of quality management systems; ISO 13485 experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
