Pacific Coast Producers, a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a talented and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our Production Facility in Salem, OR. Pacific Coast Producers (PCP) is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America. Our Salem facility produces maraschino cherries and other cherry products in various styles, colors, and flavors and employs between 70-100 employees.
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,0000 per year; candidate will be paid based on their work experience and skills. This position is eligible for the annual profit-sharing bonus program.
Reporting to a Production Manager, this exempt level position manages and directs all functions within a designated production area. Incumbent will ensure that production standards, quality standards, labor efficiencies, safety regulations, and product output comply with FDA, USDA, and company policies. Will supervise assigned staff with authority to make employment decisions.
