**$65,000 - $85,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Onsite – Saegertown, PA

**2nd (3 PM - 11 PM)
- **Travel:
**Less than 10%
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production employees across assigned operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output
- Oversee production on assigned shift and coordinate handoffs across all 3 shifts to maintain seamless operations
- Provide training, coaching, and daily guidance to help employees strengthen their skills and meet performance expectations
- Monitor production data and key metrics to ensure quantity, quality, and efficiency goals are achieved
- Quickly identify and address issues with equipment, materials, or processes; collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Work closely with planning and scheduling to align staffing, materials, and production needs
- Support inventory management by ensuring materials availability without excess
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workplace using 5S principles
- Foster continuous improvement initiatives and encourage problem-solving at all levels
- Complete and review production documentation (shift reports, inventory logs, safety checks) accurately and on time
- Take on additional responsibilities to support cold forming operations and business goals

- Ability to analyze production data and drive improvements
Qualifications (Required)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or production (cold forming experience strongly preferred), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Certifications or training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related areas
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
