LEADING FOOD & BEVERAGE MANUFACTURER + ANNUAL RATE 60-70K - SHIFT DIFF $$$+ COMPANY PAID 100% FULL BENEFITS + 10% ANNUAL BONUS + UPWARD MOBILITY + SO MUCH MORE

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production floor
• Ensure work orders are being completed on time
• Work Order Management (including assigning work orders)
• Monitor productivity of all employees
• Maintain cleanliness of production area (including sweeping and mopping)
• Supervise daily shift schedule and ensure work orders are being completed on time
• Ensure that all employees adhere to safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping machinery, tools, etc. clean and organized
• Report any safety issues or safety concerns to management immediately
• Participate in weekly safety meetings as required by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required. Must have a manufacturing background. Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes preferred. Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and standard operating procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
