Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage operations within our manufacturing facility. If you’re passionate about driving performance, ensuring safety, and improving processes, this role is for you!

Role Overview

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. You’ll lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company policies

Lead and manage a team of up to 12 associates + 1 Technical Lead

Plan and execute production schedules to meet business targets

Monitor KPIs including safety, quality, OEE, and productivity

Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations

Oversee training and onboarding for new employees

Coordinate maintenance and process improvement initiatives

Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements

Maintain clear communication across teams and leadership

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma/GED required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)

3+ years of manufacturing experience

Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred

Strong understanding of process improvement & operations management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, AS400) is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Manufacturing setting with low to moderate noise levels

Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), and physical movements as neede
